Professor Grant Hayden of SMU's Dedman School of Law will speak on:

Grant M. Hayden received his law degree from Stanford Law School. While in law school, he served as editor of the Stanford Law Review and the Stanford Law and Policy Review. After graduation he worked as a clerk for a Tenth Circuit Judge.

Professor Hayden writes and teaches in the areas of labor law, voting rights, and corporate governance. He is the Richard R. Lee Jr. Endowed Professor of Law at SMU, and the author and co-author of several books on corporate law.
